50ml Gin

5ml Three Families Ceylon Sour

20ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)

100ml Soda Water

Combine all ingredients in glass and fill with ice. Garnish and serve.

Cold brewed green tea with tamarind paste, coriander seed, whole dried limes, lime powder, kaffir lime leaves, lime flowers, dried orange peel, dried lemon peel, black lime, gentian, with calamansi, green tea, and cascade hop distillate, enhanced with citric and malic acid.
