40ml Tequila
20ml Orange Liqueur
5ml Three Families Sunset Pekoe
5ml Honey
20ml Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and stir to dissolve the honey fully. Shake hard with lots of ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish and serve.
